Payment Methods

Shuddh Bazar™ may offer UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to payment-gateway availability, order value, delivery location, PIN code eligibility and other applicable conditions. Available payment methods may vary from time to time.

UPI Payments

• Customers may pay through supported UPI applications such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other participating UPI apps.
• Where direct UPI payment is offered, customers should make payments only to the UPI ID or QR code officially displayed by Shuddh Bazar™ during checkout or on our authorised payment page.
• For manual UPI payments, customers may be required to provide the UPI transaction/reference number for payment verification. An order will be treated as confirmed only after successful verification of the payment.
• Shuddh Bazar™ will not be responsible for payments made to any unauthorised UPI ID, QR code, person or account obtained from an unofficial source.

Payment Confirmation

An order is considered successfully placed only after the payment has been successfully received/authorised and the order confirmation has been generated by our system. In case a payment is deducted from the customer's account but the order is not confirmed, the customer should contact us with the order details and payment transaction/reference number. Resolution will be subject to verification with the relevant bank, UPI provider or payment gateway.

Invoice / Order Receipt

• After successful order processing, customers will receive an order confirmation/receipt containing relevant details such as order number, products, quantities, applicable charges, payment status and customer/order information.
• Where applicable under prevailing tax laws and where Shuddh Bazar™ is required and eligible to issue one, a GST tax invoice containing the prescribed particulars and applicable taxes will be provided. The applicable tax treatment will depend on the product, transaction and prevailing law.
• An electronic copy may be sent to the customer's registered email address and/or made available for download from the customer's account, where the facility is available.

Payment Security

• Online card, net-banking and other digital payments are processed through third-party payment service providers/payment gateways. Shuddh Bazar™ does not intentionally request customers to share their card PIN, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN, banking password or other confidential authentication credentials with us.
• Where supported by the selected payment gateway, payment credentials are handled directly by the payment service provider and are not accessible to Shuddh Bazar™. Payment processing and security remain subject to the terms, security controls and policies of the respective payment provider. RBI's framework places specific requirements on payment aggregators/gateways concerning payment-data security and card-data storage.

Fraud Prevention & Verification

• To protect customers and Shuddh Bazar™ from fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to verify, hold, cancel or decline an order where a payment or order appears suspicious, incomplete, duplicated or unauthorised, subject to applicable law.
• We will never ask customers to disclose their OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or banking password by phone, email, WhatsApp or any other communication channel.
